Days: Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Attire: Training jersey with shorts (the colour would be specified in relay msg)
Track shoes with socks that are of appropriate length (no ankle socks)
Things to Bring: 500 ml water bottle
Towel (optional)
Hey Guys,
There will be training from this week onwards as we need to train up our fitness levels in preparation for next year's A division tournament. So please try to turn up for every training if you can. =) With regards to the relay system, please do forward the messages as soon as you receive them so as to facilitate the efficient dissemination of the information.
